The children and staff were superheroes for the day on Friday 13th November for Children In Need. All of the children enjoyed a delicious Pudsey biscuit baked by Mrs Wilson – there were none left!
Throughout the day there were Pudsey related class activities, including writing a story about Pudsey and designing Pudsey comic strips.
Together we raised a staggering £295
Where your money goes…
Every penny from the money we raised together will go towards helping disadvantaged children and young people right here in the UK. There are many projects in County Durham who benefit from your kind donations.
Ever wondered how Pudsey got his name?
He was designed by Joanna Ball, a BBC graphic designer, who named him after the West Yorkshire town where she was born.
The vision of Children In Need is that every child in the UK has a safe, happy and secure childhood and the chance to reach their potential.
